Order Cancellation
Please check the order detail, size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before payment. Once the order is generated, it can not be changed easily.You should submit a message from Contact Us or email us once you decide to cancel the order. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
We’re happy if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we are more than happy to communicate with you should you wish to return the goods.Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us a message in your account or email us at info@lash-express.com first and indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.
Return Conditions
1. You can decide if an item is right for you within fourteen （7）days after receipt of the goods, if not, please contact us within (7) days after receipt of goods.
2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's opened,used or damaged in any way.
4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without contacting us first.The address on the logistics list is not our return address, so once returned according to it, we will not accept.
5.Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
6. We will refund customer after we receive the package. Customer will get the refund money within 2 days if through PayPal. Customer will get the refund within 7 days if through Credit Card.
Refunds
If you need to return the items, the shipping fee you paid when placing an order are non-refundable.We will only return the cost of clothes.
Note:We will deduct the corresponding shipping costs of free-shipping orders when receiving the returned package.
